At the Seehotel Schlierseer Hof, waterproof surfaces are cleaned with a steam jet.
Dry steam is used at 4.5bar and 180 degrees Celsius to remove bacteria and dirt. Cleaning with steam has the great advantage that in the food area there is no adverse effect from the cleaning process, because without cleaning agents there is also no residue to worry about. In addition, the high heat of the steam has a disinfecting effect.
With the help of a filter system, the air in the Seehotel Schlierseer Hof is cleaned antibacterially, electrostatically, HEPA and anti-allergically.
